30-Day Habit Tracker
Name a habit, check off each day, then print or download it. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Prefer paper? Blank PDF: A4 · US Letter. Or fill it in below and print your own.

To track it, open GoalTracker, press Restore at the top of the tracker and pick the .json file — each day becomes a subgoal you check off.
Want a blank one to fill in by hand? Download the PDF: A4 or US Letter. Free to reuse with credit (CC BY 4.0). What is on the sheet and how to print it: A4 guide, US Letter guide.
How to use this 30-day habit tracker
Pick one habit small enough to do on a bad day, like "read 10 pages" rather than "read more", and set the date you start. Each numbered box is one day, counted from that start date.
Click a day once you have done the habit and it is highlighted; click it again to undo. The count above the grid shows how many of the 30 days you have done. If you miss a day, just carry on with the next one instead of starting over.
Nothing is saved on this page, so print the grid to tick off on paper, or download it before you close the tab.
